Item The influence of the physical education lesson with rugby content on the motivation of high school students to practice motor activities(CEP USM, 2024) Udroiu, MarianThis article represents, in general, the purpose of our research that followed the influence of the physical education lesson with rugby content on the motivation of the practice of curricular and extracurricular motor activities by high school students. From the analysis of the monitoring documents (the record book and the physical education teacher’s notebook) it resulted that the students in the experimental group, by including the means specific to rugby in the physical education lessons, increased their participation in classes. This fact is confirmed by the reduction in the number of absences recorded by the class in physical education lessons during the school year, compared to both the previous year of studies and the students in the control group. Also, the reduction in the number of absences from physical education classes highlights a significant increase in the interest of students in the experimental group in practicing sports, either individually or within sports groups outside the school, compared to students in the control group.Item Defining aspects of adult motivation for learning in the context of lifelong learning(CEP USM, 2024) Cotruța, DionisieMotivation has been considered from the perspective of psychodynamic orientation as a stimulation and discharge of energy; associated from the behaviourist approach to a stimulus, as a learned reaction; seen as a psychological factor influencing behaviour. While the education of school pupils has long been the main focus of educational institutions, the importance of adult education is now becoming increasingly apparent. It is widely recognized that adult education plays a crucial role in promoting a prosperous society. Consequently, the relevance of adult education and the factors that motivate adults to learn are increasingly important.Item The role of motivation in developing research skills: an interdisciplinary perspective(CEP USM, 2024) Sîrbu, IrinaThis article explores the development of research skills in students within the context of an interdisciplinary approach. Research skills refer to students’ ability to conduct research, analyze information, and solve complex problems. The interdisciplinary approach integrates multiple disciplines into the learning process, providing students with a broader perspective and fertile ground for the development of research skills. Motivation plays an essential role in this process, and the relevance of the subject to students’ individual interests can be a significant source of motivation. Teachers, as mentors, have an impact on students’ motivation by providing guidance and positive feedback. Effective time management and the promotion of reflection on research experiences complement this framework for the development of research skills. Through the interdisciplinary approach and active involvement of teachers, students become capable of tackling complex issues, exploring the world with curiosity, and developing essential skills for their future success.Item FAMILIA – NUCLEUL INFORMAL CENTRAL ÎN MOTIVAȚIA ȘCOLARĂ(CEP USM, 2024) Stoian, Oana-MălinaThe main objective of the conducted research is to identify the parents’ perception of their role in the educational activity. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied, in Google Forms, which includes 4 questions, to a number of 75 parents. The main results obtained demonstrate the fact that parents are largely aware of their role in achieving the school performance of students, as well as the importance of maintaining permanent communication with the teaching staff. We believe that these aspects will influence, over time, the child’s school motivation and the way they perceives learning. Astfel, atât angajatul, cât și angajatorul pentru care lucrează, trebuie să depună eforturi pentru creșterea reciprocă, pentru progres. O organizație este echilibrată numai dacă angajații săi nu sunt deloc preocupați de căutarea unui alt loc de muncă, sunt axați pe performanța maximă în cadrul organizației și sunt motivați pentru creșterea rolului lor personal în cadrul organizației. Motivation is formed by a combination of different factors, including: needs and desires, goals, rewards and punishments, emotions, personal values, social influence. Intrinsic motivation is the basis for the formation and development of a healthy lifestyle and the achievement of desired, long-term results. Thus, motivation plays a key role in maintaining interest in learning and exploration by managing and regulating effort, even when obstacles arise. This requires strong awareness, willpower and perseverance.
