Item ADULTUL UNIVERSAL ȘI ADULTUL GENERATIONAL: REFLECȚII ASUPRA UNUI PLAN DE EDUCAȚIE ȘI ÎNVĂȚARE(CEP USM, 2024) Posțan, LilianaLucrarea se referă la oferta de învățare pentru generațiile care ajung adulte într-o anumită perioadă socială și la adulție ca stare bio-pshiho-socială, cuprinsă în noțiunea de vârstă, în calitate de repere ale învățării permanente. Pentru acest obiect de studiu, am formulat sintagmele de adult universal și adult generațional. Adultul universal întrunește caracteristicile generale ale adulției: natura ființei adulte, aspectele fundamentale ale existenței și modurile prin care adulții își definesc și își trăiesc individualitatea și subunitățile maritală, parentală, social cetățenească, profesională. Adultul generațional este exponentul unui grup de oameni care au aproximativ aceeași vârstă și care au în comun valori, preferințe și alte caracteristici pe care le păstrează toată viața.Item UTILIZAREA STANDARDELOR OCUPAŢIONALE LA ELABORAREA PROGRAMELOR DE FORMARE PROFESIONALĂ CONTINUĂ(CEP USM, 2008) Posțan, LilianaThe vocational standards are a very important informational source for the development of permanent professional training. From the perspective of andragogical paradigm of motivation of learning, the vocational standards represent the futurological dimension of the longitudinal pattern of motivating the adults. According to this pattern, the training programs, developed on the basis of vocational standards, stimulate the motivation of adults to learn. The article forwards some methodological suggestions with regard to the development of permanent professional training based on vocational standards.Item DIMENSIUNEA POLITICĂ A CONCEPTULUI ŞI STRATEGIILOR DE EDUCAŢIE PE PARCURSUL VIEŢII(CEP USM, 2007) Posțan, LilianaThe article treats the political and strategic aspects of the concept of long life education, formulated by R.H. Dave in his book “The basements of permanent education” and in the Memorandum of the European Community Commission on life long education (2000). The concept policy and the strategies of the life long strategy have an international, national, sectorial, local, and personal dimension. These dimensions do not develop uniformly. On one hand, at the international and local levels such phenomena like globalization and human resources concept can stimulate the development of conceptual and operational frame, on the other hand, at the national and sectorial levels strategies can be developed, but they lack the institutional frame and the mechanism to stimulate the adults’ participation in training activities.Item MOTIVAŢIA ÎNVĂŢĂRII PE PARCURSUL VIEŢII: PERSPECTIVĂ ANDRAGOGICĂ(CEP USM, 2007) Posțan, LilianaThe motivation of lifelong learning is a process that develops within the course of previous school and life stages/periods. In this article we analyze the interest-attitude and the capacity to learn within the course of life as longitudinal aspects of the motivation for learningItem EDUCAŢIA ADULŢILOR ŞI UNELE DIMENSIUNI ANDRAGOGICE ALE INVĂŢĂMÂNTULUI UNIVERSITAR DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2014) Posțan, LilianaÎn articol realizăm o analiză a politicilor şi practicilor din Republica Moldova în domeniul educaţiei continue în universităţi, a unor dimensiuni andragogice ale învăţământului unuiversitar i relevăm, în special, oferirea de către universităţi a oportunităţilor de educaţie formală a studenţilor maturi. În articol sunt citate 5 surse de natură conceptuală, politică şi metodică ale cercetătorilor din domeniul educaţiei adulţilor şi mai multe surse electronice ce relevă statistici şi practici în domeniu. În rezultatul analizei, concluzionăm că educaţia adulţilor în universităţi şi particularităţile andragogice ale învăţământului superior derivă din raționamente de natură organizatorică a sistemului de învăţământ, psihosocială, demografică, economică, psihopedagogică.
