    EDUCATIONAL ROLE OF WOMEN IN PEACE EDUCATION: GLOBAL AND LOCAL APPROACHES

    The article includes a qualitative study of the educational role of women in peace education, addressed from a global and local perspective. As part of the new education, peace and cooperation education, it responds to stringent issues arising in the contemporary world, including the proliferation of conflicts between nations. We live in a time when human resources (intelligence, creativity, adaptability) have come to the fore, becoming the key resources of development that integrates its different dimensions: peace, the economy, the environment, social justice and demo cracy. The main legal issues of our research is based on the UN Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security (2000), established in an official document that shows the direct impact of the war on women and their contribution to conflict resolution and the achievement of a stable peace it is important. The national legislative guidelines on ensuring gender equality in the Republic of Moldova and the role of women in peace building are found in the Strategy for Gender Equality in the Republic of Moldova for t he years 2016 - 2020, and Moldova`s membership of the UN and cooperation with NATO and the EU highlights the need for implementation Resolution 1325, which is operational in the Government Action Plan for 2015 - 2016. As successful educational practices in th is area, we analyze the learning units in the official curriculum of civic education and those from the optional disciplines: Culture of Good Neighborhood (kindergarten and primary classes); Education for tolerance (gymnasium); Intercultural education and European integration for you (high school). Qualitative research of their impact enables us to highlight the importance of women in education for good understanding and prevention of interpersonal violence, but also in the family, in school, in the communi ty and in society as a whole

    PORTOFOLIUL PROIECTĂRII UNIVERSITARE DIN PERSPECTIVA CALITĂŢII ŞI A CENTRĂRII PE STUDENT

    The article tackles didactic planning problems at the micro level, as a curricular process that implies an unitary ensemble of actions and operations of anticipation and preparation of educational activity for all its components: objectives, contents, didactic strategies, evaluation strategies; as a logical way that has the purpose of following some compulsory pedagogical stages for an optimal and efficient realization of didactic activity. The article proposes some practical reflections that emphasize advantages of the post-modern planning portfolio, with distinct stages, focused on the functional anticipation of didactic planning. Without insisting on the routine approach of didactic planning as a compulsory component of university teacher’s portfolio, it is presented with conviction that this step, which is very important in didactic planning, ensures quality. It is a very well thought and managed process, which really helps to achieve the planned objectives and train expected competences among students.

    MANAGEMENTUL PROIECTULUI – O INOVAŢIE ÎN CURRICULUMUL PSIHOPEDAGOGIC UNIVERSITAR

    This article responds to the challenge but also to the opportunity to teach the academic discipline for the second cycle of university studies, with theoretical-applicative character. „Project Management” is an attempt that contributed, we hope, to the accomplishment of specific educational objectives, promoted at th e European level during the Year of Creativity and Innovation. The author positively affirms that in the period we are going through, with effervescent changes at all levels, including those in societies in trans ition, the university discipline „Project Management”, intended for socio-humanistic departments, offers students big chances for professional qualification. It provokes students to research, create and study both individually and in teams. This subject also favors concrete actions according to some functional reference terms. Project management has become an omnipresent problem in the educational activity at any scholar level and at the university level; it will further be approached in a generalized and integrated manner with ample nterdisciplinary references in the educational sciences domain, as well as in different types of management.

    ASPECTE EVOLUTIVE ÎN PARADIGMA DIDACTICII UNIVERSITARE

    The article describes and analyzes some evolutionary aspects of the university didactic paradigm. The author pleads for the re-thinking, here and now, of the university teaching, learning and assessment theory of this European zone, of the perspective of quality and efficiency. Due to the fact that, the student spends, according to the current curricular measure, a lot of his learning time with the teacher, (meaning that there are a lot of lectures in the educational plans), there appears the necessity to initiate some informative and formative actions on the advanced psycho-pedagogical theories, as well as the necessity to conceive the didactic measure based not only on the practical intuition, on the achieved experience or on imagination. There also appears a deficiency in the actualized didactic tools, according to the contemporary exigencies, becoming more and more acute for the beneficiaries of university didactic services, limiting the potentiality acquisition of intellectual, cultural and professional competences, stated in the regulatory documents. There is an opinion that the continuous optimization of the superior educational process is going to be accomplished with some common efforts of different educational actors and with many ways of ensuring quality, here and now, in classrooms, with realistic and functional expectations of the future professional career.

    INTERACTIVITATEA - UN INDICATOR IMPORTANT DE CALITATE ÎN DIDACTICA UNIVERSITARĂ. REFLECŢII ACADEMICE PE MARGINEA DEZBATERILOR CU STUDENŢII FILOLOGI

    The article approaches the results of an investigation focused on utility and necessity of university didactic process framing in an interactive manner, this being an imperative of postmodern pedagogy and a relevant quality indicator. As conceptual ideas, interactive methods of teaching-learning come from active pedagogy theory and praxis and are an important support for the ”forming education”. Appertaining to the triad existing in the present university didactics of Republic of Moldova, these methods are efficient in facilitating knowledge assimilation – on cognitive level, training abilities - on practical level, developing attitudes and competencies – on integration and creative levels.

    Articolul prezintă rezultatele unei vizite de studiu la Stockholm, Suedia, a unei delegaţii multiculturale în cadrul proiectului „Educaţie interculturală pe ambele maluri ale Nistrului”, iniţiat şi coordonat de C.E. PRO DIDACTICA. Valorile promovate de şcoala suedeză şi în societate sînt: libertatea, pacea, democraţia şi respectul pentru fiecare, stimularea dezvoltării creatoare a personalităţii şi a comunităţii într-o societate aflată în schimbare continuă.

    REFORMA CURRICULARĂ ÎN CONTINUĂ ASCENSIUNE. SECVENŢE DE CERCETARE EDUCAŢIONALĂ CALITATIVĂ

    The article deals with the conceptualization of competence concept and studies the features of the professional competence. The concept of competence is studied from different perspectives: behaviourist perspective; the generic perspective which studies the characteristics of the best performers; and the cognitive dimension which express idea that the professional competence is capacity to act as a flexible and adaptable to different contexts and problematic situations. The author supports the idea that the attitude plays the main role in achieving performance in the context of competencybased education. The idea that professional behavior integrates personality traits, including character features and motivation, is essential for the author. The article also considers the fact that professional competence is more effective when is based on values. This fact is considered very important when it comes to the question of students’ moral profile

    SCHIMB DE EXPERIENTA SI BUNE PRACTICI PRIVIND EDUCATIA FINLANDEZA, CENTRATA PE PROFESOR SI PE ELEV

    În articol se analizează rezultatele unei vizite de studiu în Finlanda, întreprinse recent de un grup de manageri şi profesori, pentru a cunoaşte în detalii sistemul educaţional şi contextul în care acesta s-a dezvoltat şi a atins performanţe remarcabile. Se prezintă mai multe priorităţi politice vizavi de educaţie şi de centrarea ei pe elev şi pe profesor, deopotrivă. De asemenea, se scot în evidenţă diverse practici pozitive, relevante pentru îmbunătăţirea învăţământului din Republica Moldova, la etapa actuală.

    EDUCAȚIA INCLUZIVĂ ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA: REPERE LEGISLATIV - REGLATORII ACTUALIZATE ȘI INEGALITĂȚI PERPETUATE

    In articol este abordată problematica educației incluzive la diverse stadii de școlarizare în Republica Moldova, fiind subliniat decalajul dintre prerogativele legii și malpraxisul educațional. Sunt analizate unele inegalități sociale generate de practici non-incluzive din învățământul profesional, care au repercusiuni asupra integrării sociale și profesionale a persoanelor cu nevoi educaționale speciale. De asemenea, după o investigare a legilor de bază și a funcționării acestora în anumite contexte, autorii recomandă o serie de măsuri urgente care trebuie luate, pentru a preveni încălcările drepturi lor omului referitoare la învățătură și obținerea unei meserii.
