Item Transformări ale culturii organizaţionale în contextul rezilienţei instituţionale [Articol](2025) Ceacîr, IrinaThis study explores the dynamic changes in organizational culture that occur in response to challenges and the need for resilience within organizations. Key findings reveal that fostering a resilient organizational culture involves promoting adaptability, innovation, and strong communication channels among employees. The research highlights that resilient organizations not only withstand crises but also emerge stronger by integrating lessons learned into their cultural framework. Additionally, the study identifies critical strategies for leaders to cultivate resilience, such as continuous learning and proactive risk management. These insights provide a comprehensive understanding of how organizations can transform their cultures to thrive in the face of adversity.Item Invasion Cydalima Perspectalis (Walker, 1859): harmfulness and contorl measures in the conditions of western ukrainian foreststeppe province(CEP USM, 2024) Gavriliuck, AlionaWe determine spread, harmfullness and control measures against Сydalima perspectalis (Walker, 1859) in terms of Western ukrainian forest steppe province. The research conducted on the base of Ukrainian science-research plant quarantine station IPP NAAS during 2023-2024. It was determined that boxwood spraying by chemical insecticide and fertilizers input favors pests number decrease. In an increasingly interconnected and complex world, it is essential that we continue to reflect on how international institutions can help promote more equitable and sustainable development for all.Item SUNFLOWER PROTECTION AGAINST SPREAD DISEASES IN THE WESTERN FOREST-STEPPE OF UKRAINE(CEP USM, 2024-10-07) Andriychuk, Tetyana; Skoreiko, Alla; Kuvshynov, AlexanderThe results of fungicide usage BAS 762 02 F against spread sunflower diseases: septoria leaf spot of sunflower (Septoria helianthiEll. et Kell.) and alternaria (Alternaria helianthi (Hansf.) Tubaki & Nishih.) in the western Forest-steppe of Ukraine. The best rates of usage for preparations' input according to the studies results during 2021–2022. The fungicide highest efficiency against septoria leaf spot observed in the scope 0.8–1.0 l/ha. The preparation's technical efficiency consisted of 78.8–81.4%. The fungicide BAS 762 02 F usage against alternaria reduced the sunflower's plant disease development on 3.7–6.9 times at preparation's consumption rate 0,6– 1,0 l/ha in comparison with control. The preparation's technical efficiency consisted of 72.7 – 85.5%.Item FAUNA UTILĂ A NECTARIFERULUI INTRODUCENT LOBULLARIA MARITIMA L. ȘI EFICENȚA LUI ÎN REGLAREA DĂUNĂTORILOR LA PRUN(CEP USM, 2023) Idosopol, Elena; Batcu, Mihai; Maevschi, ValentinaThe paper reveals the effectiveness of the invasive nectarifer Lobullaria maritima in attracting, accumulating, maintaining the complex of fauna useful to plum in the conditions of the Republic of Moldova. The reserve of the useful complex in the trap belts was varied for 3 years and consisted of 23 taxon representatives, from 12 families, 6 orders, with the dominance among phytophages of cruciferous fleas, parasites of species of the Pteromalidae family and individual predators of spiders and bugs Orius spp In the trap belts during the diapause period, the following dominated: phytophagous - the hawthorn mite (Tetranychus viennenzis), the invasive bed bug Chorynthuca arcuata, predators - spiders from 3 families (Lyniphiidae, Salticidae and Thomizidae) and parasites only the Scelionidae family.
