Abstract
This study explores the dynamic changes in organizational culture that occur in response to challenges and the need for resilience within organizations. Key findings reveal that fostering a resilient organizational culture involves promoting adaptability, innovation, and strong communication channels among employees. The research highlights that resilient organizations not only withstand crises but also emerge stronger by integrating lessons learned into their cultural framework. Additionally, the study identifies critical strategies for leaders to cultivate resilience, such as continuous learning and proactive risk management. These insights provide a comprehensive understanding of how organizations can transform their cultures to thrive in the face of adversity.
