Item A Simple CAD System for Faculty Timetabling Design [Articol](2024) Rusu, Andrei; Rusu, ElenaA computer-aided design (CAD) system is proposed in order to help in designing the timetabling of courses in a faculty. It is based on already used technologies such as Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel and tools built-in in them: Server JavaScript, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). The idea is to use a single sheet ”Collision” in a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel to deal with all information related to the timetable, and then, by parsing its cells, to generate all needed timetables for students, teachers, rooms, etc.Item ABORDAREA MULTISISTEMICĂ A REZILIENȚEI SOCIALE(CEP USM, 2024) Spătaru, TatianaThe content of the article focuses on how systemic thinking is applied by the most representative academic centers, which provide research tools and methodologies to study resilience in different social systems. Resilience is explained from the perspective of the ability of natural and human systems to recover from adversities at the individual, commentary and global level. Applied research methods include logical reasoning, such as induction and deduction. The review of the most important research centers contributes to a better understanding of the concept development trends and resilience strategies in a holistic framework. The main results obtained have led to the identification of how the systemic analysis of resilience responds to global challenges and suggests the ways of maintaining collective sustainability.Item ABORDĂRI BIOTEHNOLOGICE ȘI GENETICE DE EVALUARE ȘI VALORIFICARE A GENOFONDURILOR DE CULTURI CEREALIERE ȘI TOMATE(CEP USM, 2023)În vederea promovării și implementării obiectivelor de evaluare și valorificare a agrobiodiversității, valorificării produselor inovative pentru crearea unui sistem agroalimentar rezilient au fost realizate cercetările conform Programului de stat 20.80009.7007.04 „Biotehnologii și procedee genetice de evaluare, conservare și valorificare a agrobiodiversității”. Rezultatele obținute în cadrul proiectului au demonstrat că factorii de mediu au un impact puternic asupra componenţei complexului fungic care produc putregaiul de rădăcină la grâul comun de toamnă; fenomenul de secetă extremă din ultimii ani a contribuit la schimbarea raportului de specii fungice la nivel populațional în favoarea celor cu creştere rapidă şi capacitate înaltă de descompunere a substratului nutritiv – Fusarium equiseti, F. avenaceum.Item ABORDĂRI METODOLOGICE DE CERCETARE A STĂRII ECOLOGICE A ECOSISTEMELOR URBANE(CEP USM, 2024) Mogîldea, VladimirUrban ecosystems represent mainly human habitats, but usually include significant are as for wild species that are associated with urban habitats. They are socio-ecological systems composed of ecological infrastructure (green and blue) and built infrastructure (grey one). Envi ronmental Infrastructure (EI) provides a wide range of benefits for the population: it reduces air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution, provides protection against floods, droughts and heat waves and maintains a connection between people and nature. Urban ecosystems are considered to be in “good condition” if living conditions for people and urban biodiversity are good. Ano ther criterion refers to the balance within the ecosystem, between built and green infrastructure. The environment quality assessment in urban ecosystems requires a specific methodological ap proach, adapted to the complexity of this ecosystem type. The methodology includes a framework of indicators for assessing the ecological state of urban ecosystems, mapping them to help design or implement policies on urban green infrastruc ture, its biodiversity as well as to measure progress towards international, national, regional or local goals in terms of stability and sustainability of urban ecosystems.Item Abordări metodologice de sporire a diversităţii în soluţionarea subiectelor din genetica şi ameliorarea plantelor(CEP USM, 2024-10-07) Andronic, LarisaThe classical methodological approaches proposed for solving the objectives of the sub-program „Genetic and biotechnological approaches to the agroecosystems management under climate change” are argued through the prism of the modern methods of inducing genetic variability. To study the functionality of species/genotypes in dependence of environmental conditions it is proposed multivalent genetic, biotechnological, physiological techniques, aimed to develop measures to ensure the sustainability of agrosystems in the conditions of unfavorable environmental factors fluctuation (water restrictions, high temperatures) of crops genotypes with economic interest (winter barley, common wheat, corn, sunflower, tomato, as well as perennials, such as plum and apple). In this order is proposed the methods of inducing genetic variability through physical mutagenesis (ionizing radiation), cellular biotechnologies (gametic selection, in vitro culture of embryos, anthers). The proposed strategies will allow to obtaining and selecting genotypes of autumn barley, common wheat, corn, sunflower with ecological plasticity to ensure the sustainability of agrosystems.Item About AC-Groupoids [Articol](2024) Izbas, Vladimir; Izbas, Ana-MariaThe concept of a right (left) AC-groupoid over an arbitrary group is defined and studied. An equation is called: quadratic, if each individual variable has either two appearances or none; cancellable, if a variable has two appearances and another none in a proper subterm; reducible, if it is equivalent to a system of equations such that every of which has less number of individual variables than the given one. Only the functional equations of unipotency, commutativity, associativity and mediality are noncancellable, and the irreducible ones are the same except the mediality. The widespread use of synthetic fungicides leads to ecological problems, food contamination and serious damage to human health. Biocontrol of phytopathogens using actinomycetes is a less dangerous option. In this research we tested the antifungal activity of three actinomycetes strains from the genera Streptomyces, Micromonospora și Actinomadura from the water and silt of La Izvor lake All strains had a moderate power to inhibit the development of the fungi Alternaria alternata and Botrytis cinerea, but practically did not affect the development of Fusarium solani and Fusarium oxysporum.Item Acțiunea antifungică a trichodermei atrobrunneum asupra unor fungi fitopatogeni cultivată în prezența unor substanțe utilizate în calitate de stimulatori în mediul de cultivare(CEP USM, 2024) Țurcan, Olga; Sîrbu, Tamara; Moldovan, Cristina; Chiselița, Oleg; Chiselița, NataliaThe action of the cultivation medium and some substances used as stimulators on the productivity of the T. atrobrunneum CNMN FD 25 strain was studied. The obtained results allow us to summarize that of all the variations of media used for the cultivation of T. atrobrunneum, the M(Gl,Z) medium proved to be the most optimal, registering a productivity of 15 g/l. T. atrobrunneum cultivated on nutrient medium M (Gl, Z) has a strong antagonistic effect against phytopathogenic fungi: Alternaria alternata, Botrytis cinerea, Fusarium solani, Fusarium oxysporum, the diameter of the inhibition zones varied from 20 to 32 mm in relation to strain grown on M (Gl) and M (Z) medium, supplemented with iron compounds and exometabolites of S. cerevisiae.Item ACTIVITATEA ANTIFUNGICĂ A NOILOR DERIVAȚI VINIL- TRIAZOLICI CĂTRE FUSARIUM CULMORUM (W.G. SM.) SACC IN VITRO(CEP USM, 2024) Lupaşcu, Lucian; Gavzer, Svetlana; Cristea, Nicolae; Lupaşcu, Galina; Stîngaci, Eugenia; Zveaghinţeva, Marina; Sucman, Natalia; Macaev, FliurObjectives: identification of new compounds with antifungal activity for the phytopathogenic fungus Fusarium culmorum. Methods: the isolation of F. culmorum strains was carried out in aseptic conditions on PDA (Potatoes Dextrose Agar) medium, with the subsequent identification of the species based on macro- and microscopic characteristics. Vinyl-triazole derivatives (D.V.T): EPS-165, MZ-115, MZ-118, EPS-23 were supplemented to the nutrient medium PDA in concentrations of 0,02; 0,01; 0,005; 0,0025; 0,00125%, sterilized by autoclaving. To assess the inhibitory effect of the studied preparations, the method of recording the diameter of the growing colonies was used. Results: the inhibitory effect of the studied preparations was specific depending on the concentration and the strain of the fungus investigated. The preparation MZ-118 offers wider opportunities for use in plant protection measures against the fungus F. culmorum. The factorial analysis demonstrated that in the system F. culmorum x D.V.T. x concentration, the main source of variation in fungal growth is D.V.T concentration. Influence of biostimulant Reglalg, used for seed pretreatment of maize hybrids Por. 310 and Por. 374 before exposure to heat shock (HS) at 50°C for 30 min, on catalase (CAT), peroxidase (PO), and lipid peroxidation (LPO) of root seedlings was studied. Compared to the Reglalg variants, root growth of control seedlings was more strongly affected by HS, since the activity levels of CAT, PO and MDA content in the roots were higher. This demonstrates the beneficial effects of Reglalg in increasing maize tolerance to HS.Item Activitatea respiratorie în nodozităţile unor soiuri de soia (Glycine max (L.) Merrill.) pe fondal de deficit hidric(CEP USM, 2024-10-07) Bîrsan, Ana; Iacubuță, Maria; Guțu, CostelActivitatea respiratorie a nodozităților și parametrii cantitativi de importanță fiziologică a unor soiuri de soia (numărul, biomasa proaspătă și uscată, conținutul de apă) au fost determinați la opt soiuri autohtone de Glycine max. S-a stabilit că menținerea activității respiratorii a rizobacteriilor din nodozități în condiții de deshidratare corelează pozitiv cu conținutul mai înalt de apă în celulele nodozităților, în timp ce intensitatea respirației în noduli depinde de activitatea rizobacteriilor și variază semnificativ și distinct la genotipurile cu productivitate și rezistență diferită la stresul hidric.Item ACTIVITY OF FS 2 IN FLAG LEAF AND DEPTH OF THE TILLERING NODE TRITICUM AESTIVUM L.(CEP USM, 2023) Platovschii, Nicolai; Zdioruk, Nina; Ralea, T.; Gore, A.With the help of BAS Reglalg, it possible to control the depth of the tillering node in the soil. It was found that the experimental variants had higher levels of PS2 flag leaf activity compared to the control variants. In the heading phase, the activity of PS-2 of the flag leaf is the highest. The use of Reglalg contributes to the preservation of PS-2 activity during the period of intensive aging of the leaf blade, this affects the duration of the accumulation of dry matter of seeds in the ear, delaying the death of the leaf by about 1-2 days.Item Activity of streptomyces Spp. from agriculture soils against phytopathogens(CEP USM, 2024) Burțeva, Svetlana; Birsa, Maxim; Sasanelli, NicolaAntimicrobial activity of Moldovian selected strains of streptomycetes revealed that the growth of test cultures was actively delayed by 11 Streptomyces strains. Strain Streptomyces sp. 9 caused the formation of zones of lacking growth in 6 out of the 11 phytopathogens tested. Metabolites of the strains Streptomyces spp. 10 and 33 completely suppressed Alternaria alternata growth, while Streptomyces spp. 10 and 17 – Botrytis cinerea, strain Streptomyces sp. 10 – Fusarium graminearum. Growth of Clavibacter michiganensis was completely suppressed by the metabolites of the strain Streptomyces sp. 145. Results confirm the prospective to continue the research in bio-pesticide usage.Item ACVATIC ȘI ASTRALITATE ÎN POEZIA LUI MIHAI EMINESCU. FUZIUNEA ELEMENTELOR(CEP USM, 2024) Anițoi, GalinaÎn articol este abordată tema acvaticului în poezia lui Mihai Eminescu, care se impune printr-o multitudine de semnificații. Sunt analizate diverse ipostaze ale apei: izvor, lac, râu, ocean, mare. Izvorul, element primordial al apelor, simbolizează începutul, permanența, timpul în perpetuă devenire. Imaginea lacului apare în poeziile cu tematică erotică. Râul care, de cele mai multe ori, are nume concrete – Nilul, Sena, Dunărea, Nistru, Tisa – semnifică suprapunerea timpului istoric cu cel natural. Oceanul este expresia tumultului sufletesc al omului, dar și a încremenirii, singurătății reci și a dezolării. Metafora mării este dominantă în lirica poetului român. Aceasta cumulează cele mai multe semnificații. Un aspect important în opera poetică a lui Eminescu îl constituie și răsfrângerile acvaticului, care sugerează misterioasa unitate a apelor și corpurilor cerești. Astrele reprezintă ideea de plenitudine, de infinit, iar undele apei sunt expresia consumării existenței umane.Item ADMINISTRAȚIA AUSTRIACĂ ÎN BUCOVINA – REALIZĂRI ȘI CONSECINȚE(Bons Offices, 2024) Ungureanu, ConstantinItem AGENȚI DE COORDINARE DE TIP BAZE SCHIFF – SURSE GENERATIVE DE EMISIE(CEP USM, 2024) Danilescu, Olga; Culicova, Olga; Cocu, Maria; Bulhac, IonThis work elucidates the structure-property correlation and comparative study of the photoluminescent activity of three lumonophore Schiff base coordination agents H2L1, H2L2 and H2L3 (H2L1 = 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(isonicotinoylhydrazone), H2L2 = 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(nicotinoylhydrazone) and H2L3 = 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(picolinoylhydrazone)) and their precursors. The fluorescent emissions of both the starting substances and the coordination agents show emission bands in the blue region (500-550 nm). The comparative study of the photoluminescent activity shows a 100-fold increase in the luminescence intensity of the coordination agents H2L1 and H2L2 compared to that of their precursors, and the coordination agent H2L3 showed a 50-fold increase in luminescence intensity compared to that of the starting substances.
