    This article will research the aspects of the protection of the right of ownership in metaverse world. The digitalization is like “pandemic” that invaded the new generation and reality, even the elder population is quite resistant to the new ‘metaverse world’ from the security point of view it invaded all the domains. The right of ownership is also influenced by the digitalization and metaverse world, thus this research is imperious necessary to identify the gaps that exist in the zone of the protection of the rights of ownership. This research will be focused on the protection and defence of the rights of ownership of digital goods and protection of the owner in the online area. It will conclude with some recommendations on protection of the owner in online sphere.

    INOVAŢIILE ÎN CONTRACTELE CU TITLU GRATUIT ÎNCHEIATE ÎN MEDIUL ONLINE

    Contractele cu titlu gratuit încheiate în mediul online sunt privite mai mult ca o excepţie de la regula generală. Mediul online este un mediu perfect pentru comercializarea produselor. Comerţul electronic a luat amploare mai ales în perioada pandemiei de COVID-19, iar contractele cu titlu gratuit sunt oferite de profesionişti ca o completare la contractele principale, oferite mai mult în calitate de accesorii-cadouri la achiziţia principală. Prezenta cercetare analizează riscurile încheierii contractelor cu titlu gratuit electronic. În acest studiu sunt analizate aspectele legislative ale contractelor cu titlu gratuit încheiate în mediul online. Totodată, în concluzie sunt prezentate avantajele şi dezavantajele încheierii contractelor cu titlu gratuit în mediul online şi se oferă recomandări în vederea reglementării protecţiei părţilor care încheie contracte cu titlu gratuit în mediul online.
