This article analyzes the ways in procedural co-participation and the reasons of admitition by court in settling the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Moldova. Particular attention was made over difference procedural co-participation from
other institutions of civil procedure.There are interpreted certain notions of art. 62 and art. 63 of the Code of Civil Procedure of RM which is a condition of correct application of the provisions mentioned. Also were identified certain imperfections allowed by the legislator in regulating this legal institution.
