The purpose of the thesis is the multilateral and complex study of the theory, practice
and legal regulations of officialdom and availability in the criminal proceedings of the
Republic of Moldova and Romania. The theoretical importance of the thesis materializes
through the complex research of officiality and availability in the criminal process, defining
the conceptual bases in the subject, including extensive theoretical and practical materials
to monitor the evolution of criminal law, theory and practice in the field of officiality and
availability, drawing new perspectives on the theoretical-methodological framework in the
researched field.
