This article aims to provide an analysis of the Constitutional Court jurisdiction regarding the interpretation of the constitutional provisions concerning the article 11. “Republic of Moldova - a neutral State”. Thus, the main objective is to analyze the Constitutional Court approach regarding the proclamation of the Country permanent neutrality.
