In a modern day Europe, establishing new policy documents it highly important, in order of achieving the founding principles set out in the Treaties of the EU, as well as those assumed by good international practices in the field of social cohesion. The current article is set on analyzing the provisions set out in the European Pillar for Social Rights, endorsed in 2017, which contains the main principles and focus areas for regulatory activities for the European Commission and parliament until 2030.
