The institution of the exception of unconstitutionality is a new relational
instrument in the constitutional justice of the Republic of Moldova, but relevant for the protection of human rights. The prejudicial nature of the exception, the
condition of admissibility, the reasons for rejecting the exception are several aspects
meant to clarify the essence of this institution
