    The economy consumer contracts, determining legal subjects report the consumption of primary importance because the very applicability of the specific consumption norms depends on the qualification of special topics as consumer reports consumer and trader. Although at a first analysis , the identification of these subjects does not seem to make any special problems under title proposed for research, case law proves otherwise. In Moldova, the participants in consumer relations are classified into consumers and businesses. The article examines issues relating to consumer status as a legal person in private international law. The present study aims to analyze the parties to the contract principle of inequality of consumption and to investigate the possibility of providing consumer corporate status .
