The published material reveals information about the correlation between
physical and / or mental constraint and the right to physical and mental integrity.
Approach through the prism of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the
Contravention Code of the Republic of Moldova and the Criminal Code. At the
same time, the proposed study analyzes the physical and mental constraint and the
right to integrity separately, not only together.
