    ПСИХИЧЕСКОЕ НАСИЛИЕ В УГОЛОВНОМ ПРАВЕ
    (CEP USM, 2021) Гырла, Лилия
Given the dualistic nature of criminally punishable violence, we believe that mental violence is an unlawful harmful encroachment of the mental state of another person (or several persons) in addition to or against his (their) will, committed intentionally (with premeditation or suddenly) and capable of causing the victim (several victims) moral harm The object of mental violence in criminal law should be recognized as public relationships associated with ensuring the safety of human mental integrity. The state of mental integrity presupposes the stability of the existence of personal boundaries and freedom from threats from other people, that is, the mental safety of the person. Mental abuse destroys this foundation, impinging on mental welfare.
