    The semicontinuous method for cultivation the alga Nostoc flagelliforme leads to a higher quantity of biomass in a short period of time. The high algal productivity is obtained at elimination and substitution of 25% of the nutritive medium Z-8 (12,44 g/l) and elimination and substitution of 50% of medium Drew (5,78 g/l). The pH of the nutritive media for cultivation the alga Nostoc flagelliforme by semicontinuous method have increasing trends followed by decreasing and does not differ substantially depending on the concentrations of elimination and substitution of nutritive medium.

    The choice of culture medium for algae growing is an important milestone because it can affect the economic aspects of the production process. For cultivation of Nostoc gelatinosum algae the most optimal medium are Drew and Z8. The highest values of algal productivity may be obtained according the semicontinuous method. With the increase of algal productivity pH values change to basic direction.

    Lighting regime directly influences the process of biological nitrogen fixation carried out by algae Nostoc gelatinosum (Schousb) Elenk. and Cylindrospermum licheniforme (Bory) Kutz. The natural light contributes to the intensification of biological fixation of atmospheric nitrogen in these algae, and the dark regime leads to inhibition the biological nitrogen fixation. Biological nitrogen fixation by blue-green algae achieved by Cylindrospermum licheniforme and Nostoc gelatinosum is a reversible self-regulating process.

    The light influences the morphological aspects of algae Nostoc gelatinosum (Schousb) Elenk. and Cylindrospermum licheniforme (Bory) Kutz.. The dark regime generates the dimensional reducing of vegetative cells and heterocysts leading to the alteration of biomass, but spores do not suffer significant changes. Cultivating these algae to favorable conditions of natural and artificial light (continuous), results with launching the process of self-regulating dimensional of cells. The most beneficial sources of ilumination are natural and artificial light.

    UTILIZAREA MEDIULUI DE CULTURĂ DREW LA CULTIVAREA ALGEI AZOTFIXATOARE ANABAENOPSIS SP.

    The cultivation of algae Anabaenopsis sp. on Drew medium is efficient for maintaining in laboratory condition, can obtain a maximal biomass of 1,04±0,05 g/l in 11-12 days. Growth phases for algae Anabaenopsis sp cultured on Drew medium is: one day for lag phase, one day – log phase, 7 days – exponential phase and one day stationary. The higher specific growth speed is in log phase, and for exponential is 0.010±0,004 days-1.

    CULTIVAREA ALGEI NOSTOC FLAGELLIFORME PE MEDII OBŢINUTE PE BAZA DEŞEURILOR DE LA COMPLEXELE ZOOTEHNICE

    Les déchets des oiseaux, des porcs et du bétail peuvent être utilises pour cultiver l’algue Nostoc flageliforme et obtenir une biomasse algale moins chére. Comme résultat, on peut obtenir l’algue Nostoc flageliforme dans un milieu de 5% (11.285) g/l), et la plus faible dans un milieu d’un pourcent (5.714 g/l). Les meilleures valeurs de la vitesse de reproduction se voient dans un milieu de 5% le 10-iéme jour (0.203 jours -1), tandis que la plus faible, dans un milieu d’un pourcent le 15-iéme jour (0.10 jours -1).

    STUDIEREA PROCESULUI DE CREŞTERE A ALGEI CIANOFITE CALOTHRIXSP. CULTIVATE PE MEDIUL NUTRITIV LICHID BG-11

    Prezenta cercetare este axată pe analiza procesului de creştere a algei cianofite Calothrix sp.cultivate pe mediul nutritiv lichid BG-11. Cultivarea algei Calothrix sp. pe mediul nutritiv BG-11 permite obţinerea a 2,38±0,11 g/l de biomasă algală timp de 12 zile de cultivare. Cele mai înalte valori privind creşterea zilnică a biomasei, viteza de reproducere,coeficientul de reproducere şi viteza de creştere a populaţiei algale de Calothrix sp.se atestă în intervalul de la prima la a 12-a zi de cultivare, iar la a 15-a zi de cultivare rezultatele acestor indicatori se reduc considerabil . De la a 3-a zi şi până la a 12-a zi de cultivare se desfăşoară faza de creştere liniară, iar la a 15-a zi se atestă faza de declin al creşterii.

    UTILIZAREA UNOR ALGE CIANOFITE FIXATOARE DE AZOT ÎN CALITATE DE BIOFERTILIZANŢI LA CULTIVAREA TOMATELOR ÎN CONDIŢII DE SERĂ

    Datorită proprietăţii de fixare biologică a azotului atmosferic şi altor caracteristici fiziologice, algele cianofite au un potenţial important de stimulare a productivităţii plantelor de cultură,având premise majore de aplicare intensă în agri-cultura ecologică. Administrarea biofertilizanţilor algali contribuie la stimularea creşterii în înălţime a tulpinii plantelor de tomate, la majorarea numărului de roşii de la o plantulă (de 1,3-1,62 ori)şi a productivităţii tomatelor (de 1,31-1,37ori)comparativ cu lotul de control unde nu s-a administrat biomasa algală.
