Item Evaluarea nivelului de acid lactic și a glucozei în organismul sportivilor înotători(Editura USM, 2024) Deleu, Inga; Delipovici, IrinaThe biochemical tests that have been done, are important and aim to estimate the effectiveness of the effort level in swimming. Also, they tend to determine the ability of the body to respond through specific mechanisms of mobilization and adaptation to the proposed physical effort. This paper talks about the importance estimating the level of lactic acid and glucose in the body of swimming athletes at rest, but also during swimming effort at different distances. Assessment of the biochemical parameter – lactic acid at rest shows the norm, only in one athlete was the increased value of this index appreciated. The blood glucose level shows average values within the normal range. After completing the 100-meter, 1000-meter swim, glucose levels decreased nonessentially and blood lactic acid levels increased in all tested athletes. Assessment of biochemical parameters at the distance of 1500 meters shows changes in the sense of non-essential increase of glucose and non-essential decrease of lactic acid, which highlights high capacities of endurance and adaptation to effort.Item Modificările parametrilor fiziologici în organismul sportivilor înotători în timpul efortului fizic realizat pe veloergometru(Editura USM, 2024) Deleu, IngaThis paper talks about the estimation of the functional indexes(HR, VO2 max.) of the professional swimmers during physical effort on the cycle ergometer. It has been determined the heart rate of the untrained youth, as well as swimmers, during resting state. The average heart rate value over 50 seconds of exertion increased in both groups, but it increased significantly more in untrained young individuals compared to swimmer athletes. The maximum oxygen capacity after 50 seconds of exertion shows higher values in swimmer athletes. At the 5th minute of exertion on the cycle ergometer, the trend of increasing heart rate is more evident in untrained young individuals. The maximum oxygen capacity after 5 minutes of exertion increases in both groups, but athletes show higher values. After 9 minutes of physical exertion, the heart rate reaches its highest values in young individuals from both groups, but in untrained individuals, it presents significantly higher values compared to swimmer athletes. The maximum oxygen capacity at the 9th minute of exertion shows significant values in swimmer athletes. This result characterizes the remarkable adaptive capacity of the cardiorespiratory system. Water pollution crisis manifests itself as a continuous deterioration process as while the action of harmful factors increases, stop the destructive process is slow.Item IMPACTUL ÎNOTULUI ASUPRA NIVELULUI DE PROTEINĂ TOTALĂ LA SPORTIVII-ÎNOTĂTORI (BĂIEŢI ŞI FETE) DE ÎNALTĂ CALIFICARE(2014) Deleu, Inga; Erhan, Ecaterina; Crivoi, Aurelia; Chiriţa, Elena; Mărjineanu, Ana; Aşevschi, ValentinLucrarea dată este consacrată aprecierii nivelului de proteină totală la sportivii-înotători (băieţi şi fete) de înaltă calificare în repaus şi după efectuarea antrenamentelor de înot. Organismul înotătorilor necesită surse energetice, dar şi plastice, pentru o mai bună executare a antrenamentului sportiv, care poate fi realizată numai datorită asimilării tuturor elementelor nutritive necesare şi, nu în ultimul rând, a alimentelor bogate în proteine. În urma aprecierii nivelului de proteină totală în stare de repaus, la tinerii-înotători (băieţi şi fete) s-a detectat norma. După efectuarea antrenamentelor de înot, valorile proteinei totale la fete a scăzut din cauza procesului de catabolizare proteică, iar la băieţi a crescut graţie procesului de intensificare a reacţiilor de sinteză proteică, în scopul hemodiluţiei sangvine.
