The article "The impact of perception and coping styles in oncological pathology" reflects the idea that the activation of one or a set of dysfunctional cognitive schemes determines the option for certain coping strategies in patients with cancer. The application of intervention program, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy can substantially contribute the improvement of maladaptive patterns and the choice of more adaptive coping
strategies, as a result improving the qulaity of life in oncology patients.
