    The quality of the electronic textbooks is a problem determined by informational globalization, diversity of the educational software and SCORM approach to learning. This article presents the solution of the above defined problem through the formula of electronic textbooks ‘indicator of quality. On the base of formula the new structural components have been defined for expert and students questioners and there was demonstrated the value of 4.7.

    PROCESUL DE ELABORARE A MANUALULUI ELECTRONIC ÎN CONCEPTUL PARADIGMEI UMANISTE ŞI A TEORIEI SISTEMELOR BIOECOLOGICE

    At the beginning of the XXI century the didactics of transmission and communication has changed to the active and participative pedagogy and put actions and not words at the foundation of the active learning [1]. Input is formed by digital natives, output - competent and adaptable persons in the informational changes of the real environment. In system is accepted humanist paradigm with principles humanization, humanitarization and information. The electronic textbooks are an informational – actionably model of the learning process, realized in the limits of the didactical system which include all necessary the conditions for its realization [2]. Why the electronic textbooks in the process of forming the personality? This chapter provides the results obtained in the study of the electronic textbooks elaboration in the concept of humanist paradigm and bio-ecological system theory.

    TEHNOLOGIA DE FORMARE A COMPETENŢEI DIGITALE PRIN INCLUDEREA MANUALULUI ELECTRONIC ÎN PROCESUL DIDACTIC REAL

    The rapidly increasing use of computer in the didactic process, and in particular, the migration of many university courses to web-based education, has caused a resurgence of interest among specialists in the science of education in non-traditional methods of course design and delivery. This article provides some results of the applied three-dimensional model in design of electronic textbooks for the study of informatics. First, some of the theoretical approaches are listed. Then, some of the common problems are described, and solutions are pointed to in the literature and practical applications. Finally, the main result is analyzed: the possibility to obtain curve J by means of including an electronic textbook in the real didactic process.
