Item Effective conflict management in early childhood education(CEP USM, 2023) Ilie, Atena-LuminițaThis review explores both traditional and innovative strategies for managing conflicts in early childhood education. Traditional methods like mediation and behavioral interventions are examined alongside emerging trends such as restorative practices. Recent studies are synthesized to assess the effectiveness of these approaches, emphasizing their transformative potential for creating positive learning environments and supporting socio-emotional well-being. Identifying gaps in current understanding, the review suggests avenues for future research in conflict management within early childhood education, providing valuable insights for educators and policymakers.Item EDUCATIONAL ROLE OF WOMEN IN PEACE EDUCATION: GLOBAL AND LOCAL APPROACHES(Editografica, 2018) Goraș-Postică, VioricaThe article includes a qualitative study of the educational role of women in peace education, addressed from a global and local perspective. As part of the new education, peace and cooperation education, it responds to stringent issues arising in the contemporary world, including the proliferation of conflicts between nations. We live in a time when human resources (intelligence, creativity, adaptability) have come to the fore, becoming the key resources of development that integrates its different dimensions: peace, the economy, the environment, social justice and demo cracy. The main legal issues of our research is based on the UN Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security (2000), established in an official document that shows the direct impact of the war on women and their contribution to conflict resolution and the achievement of a stable peace it is important. The national legislative guidelines on ensuring gender equality in the Republic of Moldova and the role of women in peace building are found in the Strategy for Gender Equality in the Republic of Moldova for t he years 2016 - 2020, and Moldova`s membership of the UN and cooperation with NATO and the EU highlights the need for implementation Resolution 1325, which is operational in the Government Action Plan for 2015 - 2016. As successful educational practices in th is area, we analyze the learning units in the official curriculum of civic education and those from the optional disciplines: Culture of Good Neighborhood (kindergarten and primary classes); Education for tolerance (gymnasium); Intercultural education and European integration for you (high school). Qualitative research of their impact enables us to highlight the importance of women in education for good understanding and prevention of interpersonal violence, but also in the family, in school, in the communi ty and in society as a wholeItem INFLUENŢA FACTORILOR SOCIOCULTURALI ASUPRA FAMILIILOR MIXTE(CEP USM, 2008) Platon, Carolina; Crasnojon-Laba, InaAt the present stage, the phenomenon of migration took such a scale that it threatens to transform the European countries into multi-ethnic societies. Ethnic mixed marriages raise a wide range of questions related to parents' cultural identities, being a meeting spot of two national cultures. Each ethnic community elaborates its own representations on how they should be and tends to keep this resulted image in the national conscience, to display it in traditions, actions and relations with the representatives of their own people. In our multi-ethnic society, marriages between representatives of different ethnic groups are a natural thing. Notamment dans la famille, par le système formé des mythes, des valeurs, de la culture des relations on jette les bases de la personnalité, on projette les aspirations, les perspectives de la coopération avec les autres. La non-conformité dans les relations avec les parents est liée aux émotions de l'enfant, et elle amène à l'apparition et à la fixation dans la conduite des moyens plus agressifs dans des situations conflictuelles.Item FORMAREA COMPETENȚELOR DE SOLUȚIONARE A CONFLICTELOR INTERGENERAȚIONALE LA DIRIGINȚI(CEP USM, 2019) Uzicov, Nina; Bodrug-Lungu, ValentinaPrezentul articol reflectă rezultatele cercetării axate pe formarea competențelor de soluționare a conflictelor intergeneraționale (CSCIG) la diriginți. Stagiul experimental a demonstrat că CSCIG poate fi realizată cu efortul conjugat al instituțiilor acreditate în domeniul formării continue și al resurselor de formare instituționale interne, ceea ce permite acoperirea unor necesități de formare specifice, care nu pot fi realizate de stagiile de formare centralizate, mai puțin flexibile.
