Item SERVICIILE SOCIALE PRESTATE DE BISERICA ORTODOXĂ ÎN CONLUCRARE CU INSTITUȚIILE STATULUI(CEP USM, 2024) Botea, VeaceslavThe Orthodox Church, as a religious institution, is not limited only to the dimension of worship, but also extends its involvement in the social field, responding to the diverse needs of society. In a context where problems such as poverty, marginalization and lack of access to basic resources become more and more acute, the social services offered by the Orthodox Church become an essential factor in supporting those affected. Social Context and Community Needs: To fully understand the contribution of the Orthodox Church, we must analyze the social context in which it carries out its social activities. The diverse needs of local communities, as well as the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals, will underpin our argument. In the 21st century, with the complex challenges of contemporary society, the Orthodox Church is becoming increasingly present in the sphere of social services, surpassing its traditional spiritual mission, the contribution of the Orthodox Church in providing social services, highlighting its impact on local communities.Item CREAREA ŞI PROMOVAREA IMAGINII INSTITUŢIONALE POZITIVE ÎN COMUNITATE(CEP USM, 2023) Reaboi-Petrachi, VioricaÎn acest articol sunt prezentate elementele esențiale în procesul de creare și promovare a imaginii pozitive a unei instituții de învățământ. Formarea și îmbunătățirea imaginii ar trebui să includă un set de caracteristici externe și interne, care includ imaginea liderului, imaginea personalului, ideile publicului țintă despre calitatea educației, stilul, confortul mediului educațional, diversitatea și prețul serviciilor educaționale. Imaginea pozitivă formată a unei organizații educaționale va permite: creșterea atractivității unei organizații educaționale, care va crește numărul de elevi; îmbunătățirea microclimatului socio-psihologic în echipă; ridicarea nivelului culturii organizaționale; întărirea poziţiei financiare şi bazei materiale şi tehnice a organizaţiei; să facă organizația educațională, în condiții egale, mai atractivă pentru cadrele didactice (să asigure stabilitate și protecție socială, satisfacție în muncă și să asigure creștere profesională); să creeze o rezervă de încredere în tot ceea ce se întâmplă în cadrul unei organizații educaționale; creșterea competitivității organizației educaționale.Item THE ROLE OF COMMUNITY IN THE FRAMEWORK OF EDUCATIONAL FACTORS DIVERSIFICATION(Editografica, 2018) Dandara, OtiliaEducation is an issue of utmost importance to the societies interested in the long term development and welfare of its citizens. The key premises of the reform initiative are enhancing activism behavior and common engagement of the society. Educational activity is performed in an educational context, which implies an educational system, too, and includes different educational factors that have a direct influence and are interdependent. This process changes the awareness and the behavior of the person, thus adapting it to the parameters required by the environment. The need for modelling long-life human awareness and behaviour is explained not just by the formal education in school, but also by the ascending role of the informal and non-formal education achieved by means of community influence. At the conceptual level, community comprises groups of social influences, which are spontaneous, heterogeneous, incidental and have educational effects that take up most of a person’s life. The more these influences are developed, the more important the value of the community as and educational factor is. The issue of community's educational influence should be presented at systemic level in the light of educational factors and influence processes. In rural areas of Republic of Moldova, the relationsh ip between family, school and community is rendered on the basis of local peculiarities.Traditionally, community used to play a major educational role of corrective character in terms of system of values and behaviour in specific life situations. Nowadays education is influenced by a phenomenon specific to the present, and namely, the process of educational factors diversification, that requires a change in the educational approach. The necessity to replicate and multiply the good practices identified within the implemented activities proposes a collection of analysed projects with the purpose to promote the initiatives regarding the control of exclusion from the basic services in the disfavoured communities, particularly in the Roma communities.
