Femeile au tendinţa de a îmbina rolul de soţie, mamă şi profesionistă, dar se confruntă cu problema că responsabilitatea pentru casă şi familie uneori este pusă numai pe umerii ei. Aceasta a condus la faptul că femeia modernă, care alege o carieră profesională, trece printr-un complex de „dublă identitate”. În acest articol sunt analizate caracteristicile generale ale bunăstării emoţional-subiective a femeilor în relaţie cu satisfacţia în căsătorie.Item DETERMINANTELE ADAPTĂRII PSIHOSOCIALE A ADOLESCENŢILOR LA SISTEMUL DE INSTRUIRE UNIVERSITAR(CEP USM, 2007) Puzur, ElenaPsychological adaptation of students to a system of university education is a complicated and multilateral process which requires immediate consideration. It is important to analyze all the factors of students 'adaptation / nonadaptation to new conditions. The process of adaptation depend on: 1) one's capability to get adapted to changes and new conditions which are supposed to exist in the system of education 2) capability of the system itself to get changed in its turn, or to offer the students the best possible conditions for adaptation.
