    La conception de l´évaluation du curriculum disciplinaire présente les fondations sociologiques, psychologiques, pédagogiques, téléologiques, épistémologiques et méthodologiques. La base fondamentale de construction du modèle méthodologique de l´évaluation disciplinaire se constitue des repères scientifiques de la conception systématique holistique: les repères sociologiques à travers le système des objectifs éducatifs généraux du curriculum et leurs réalisation dans le cadre des objectifs subordonnés; les repères psychologiques qui règlent des critères de l´évaluation du point de vue de l´âge des élèves, leurs ressources internes; les repères pédagogiques qui indiquent la nature et les fonctions du curriculum, les principes et les méthodes de l´évaluation; les repères téléologiques qui identifient les critères de l´évaluation des objectifs au micro niveau; les repères épistémologiques qui indiquent les modalités de détermination de la cohérence des contenus du développement de la science respective.

    Motivation is one of fundamental problems of psychology, educational psychology, sciences of education, and didactics. The complexity and the multidimensions of motivation determine the spectrum of educational approaches, methods and techniques of its formation and it is the development thereof; the problem of investigation belongs to a completely different area especially in what regards psychology and didactics. The attitude towards investigational goals, acknowledged at the level of social needs makes the investigational activity not just useful, but even attractive in a certain context. A certain mounting, if it is stable and occupies a certain place in the student’s personality, offers the required strength in overcoming the difficulties, in showing patience and perseverance. If investigational activity mounting will not be consolidated by other motivational factors, it won’t have material effect. For example if the student doesn’t show interest towards investigational activity, but realizes that without the knowledge offered by this activity, he/she will not advance professionally and that is why he/she makes efforts to do that particular investigational activity.

    ASPECTE EVOLUTIVE ÎN PARADIGMA DIDACTICII UNIVERSITARE

    The article describes and analyzes some evolutionary aspects of the university didactic paradigm. The author pleads for the re-thinking, here and now, of the university teaching, learning and assessment theory of this European zone, of the perspective of quality and efficiency. Due to the fact that, the student spends, according to the current curricular measure, a lot of his learning time with the teacher, (meaning that there are a lot of lectures in the educational plans), there appears the necessity to initiate some informative and formative actions on the advanced psycho-pedagogical theories, as well as the necessity to conceive the didactic measure based not only on the practical intuition, on the achieved experience or on imagination. There also appears a deficiency in the actualized didactic tools, according to the contemporary exigencies, becoming more and more acute for the beneficiaries of university didactic services, limiting the potentiality acquisition of intellectual, cultural and professional competences, stated in the regulatory documents. There is an opinion that the continuous optimization of the superior educational process is going to be accomplished with some common efforts of different educational actors and with many ways of ensuring quality, here and now, in classrooms, with realistic and functional expectations of the future professional career.

    The present article is aimed to contribute both to theoretical and practical understanding of quality assurance system in Higher Education Institutions in Republic of Moldova. The authors provide a series of recommendations to administrative staff and to teachers involved in the process of quality assurance. Thus, starting with a conceptual perspective of terminology explanation and diachronic analysis we continue to emphasize the most important elements of the Quality Assurance System that would be implemented in Moldova universities. Taking into account our national specific features, at the very end of the document we describe the risks that could appear in the process of implementation or enhancement of the system.

    Republic of Moldova started to implement the National Qualifications Framework in Higher Education in 2006, according to the Ministry of Education Regulations. The process of qualifications elaboration has given the qualifications in all areas of higher education. However, the elaboration is at the initial level and a lot of work should be done. The following article is an attempt to present the conceptual approach to qualifications in Higher Education and intends to be the first in a series that would be provided in the present publication.

    In the conditions of the reform of higher education, the partnership between the establishments of higher education and the employer is unavoidable. The test realized by the authors of this article ascertained that the employer is poorly informed about the exchange of products, and of the potential for implication of the in the process of professional formation. The universities must be initiators of the relation establishment – employer and, for that, it is necessary to apply a complex methodology of collaboration.
