    TEHNOLOGIA DE FORMARE A COMPETENŢEI DIGITALE PRIN INCLUDEREA MANUALULUI ELECTRONIC ÎN PROCESUL DIDACTIC REAL

    The rapidly increasing use of computer in the didactic process, and in particular, the migration of many university courses to web-based education, has caused a resurgence of interest among specialists in the science of education in non-traditional methods of course design and delivery. This article provides some results of the applied three-dimensional model in design of electronic textbooks for the study of informatics. First, some of the theoretical approaches are listed. Then, some of the common problems are described, and solutions are pointed to in the literature and practical applications. Finally, the main result is analyzed: the possibility to obtain curve J by means of including an electronic textbook in the real didactic process.

    Training of future specialists through higher education must be a process of discovering new areas correlated with a very good intellectual training and on efficient structuring of on intrinsic motivation, toward the profession and it is also important a creative attitude based on a proud for their domain. Implementation of the competence construct in the educational practice is influenced by the need of the overcoming the distance between the theoretical part of the disciplines and future professional activity. The “Competence” construct is the integrated system of specific qualities trained in different situations of mixing of studying and social responsible experiences in the same time the flexibility to move and reorganize for the placed purpose.

    CÂTEVA PROBLEME ALE MOTIVAŢIEI ÎN FORMAREA COMPETENŢELOR COMUNICATIVE LA ORELE DE LIMBĂ ROMÂNĂ PENTRU ALOLINGVI

    The study deals with a major problem of the motivation in developing communicative skills in language studying. There is an explanation for motivation as a term and the description of its constituents. The lack of this major factor makes difficult the process of learning Romanian as the official language in Republic of Moldova for foreign citizens and even the teachers efforts to teach Romanian to groups students speaking other languages are insignificant or fruitless. The Council of Europe has formulated the priorities concerning the study of national languages but these are not yet available in our country. The opportunity of total integration of the students in the social and economical life of Republic must be the perfect motivation in studying Romanian.
