The authors provide a series of recommendations to administrative staff and to teachers involved in the process of quality assurance. Thus, starting with a conceptual perspective of terminology explanation and diachronic analysis we continue to emphasize the most important elements of the Quality Assurance System that would be implemented in Moldova universities. Taking into account our national specific features, at the very end of the document we describe the risks that could appear in the process of implementation or enhancement of the system.Item CADRUL NAŢIONAL AL CALIFICĂRILOR. The process of qualifications elaboration has given the qualifications in all areas of higher education. However, the elaboration is at the initial level and a lot of work should be done. The following article is an attempt to present the conceptual approach to qualifications in Higher Education and intends to be the first in a series that would be provided in the present publication.
