This study highlights the fact that within the activity with students we must not focus on a few dimensions of self-esteem and that it does not grow on its own, we can convince of this need to do or must be in order to have value as a person, but we cannot remove from the unconditional acceptance of one’s own person. We can “view learning as a way of achieving performance, instead of viewing success and failure as a way of learning, we are preoccupied with self at the expense of others, when success is uncertain we become anxious and do things that make it less likely - for example we procrastinate or make excuses for failure. People differ in what they think you have to do to be a person of “worth”, so in what kind of events produce an increase or decrease in self-esteem. The study approaches the self in a multidimensional manner, to highlight the importance of each dimension.
