The early years of education play an important role in forming positive attitudes and behaviors towards inclusion. In this context, the continuous training of preschool teachers becomes necessary to ensure a quality education that conveys values regarding respect and acceptance of human diversity. The training of teaching staff, who work in preschool education, is necessary, at the same time, from the perspective of training skills that meet the diverse needs of students, but also from the perspective of training inclusive mentalities at the level of the preschool group.
