    The article addresses the relevance of the subject is determined by the fact that increasingly, continuing education is perceived as the development of skills to face the competition in the global market where one of the fundamental pillars is learning to be, and the major objective involves the development of personal and social skills necessary to coexist with others. Currently, the educational changes of models, namely: the transition from the gnoseological model to the anthropological model of training/training, require not only knowledge, but also social, personal development of the teaching staff.
