According to national statistics, in the Republic of Moldova children continue to be a part of the population with a high degree of vulnerability. The poverty rate among children was 26% in 2020. Moreover, 10% of Moldovan children are exposed to extreme poverty. Children in vulnerable situations from placement centers have poorly developed social skills. In this context, the development and improvement of social skills of vulnerable children becomes imperatively necessary. The PRODOCS NGO carries out activities that contribute to the development and improvement of social skills for children from 8 placement centers.
