When the educational institution faces the need for development, the psychologist is required to respond to the challenges regarding the successful implementation of strategic changes at the institutional level. In this process, the psychologist has an essential role – they initiate and implement together with the decision-makers programs of organizational development. The services provided by school psychologists must be placed in a complex system of psychological assistance services, which would also include the organizational level. Given the „multiple organizational demands” faced by school psychologists, there is a need to clarify the process of developing and evaluating complex approaches of psychosocial intervention in educational institutions.
