    Starting from the idea that ”the Bologna Process brought signifcant changes regarding the organization and development of the process of initial training of Romanian teachers only through the university” and ”that the number of hours affected by pedagogical practice are insufcient (as they were in the former pedagogic high schools)” [10], we want to highlight the vison of high school digital natives, regarding the accumulation of knowledge (through courses, seminars, individual documentation, etc.), the formation of skills and abilities (specialized practice), respectively pedagogical practice. The main identifcation method consisted in using the questionnaire as a research tool, applied to 107 students. The statistical data bring to the fore the preferences of high school students, which aim at aspects of the future student’s training.
