In this article the author made an analysis of Professional parental assistance - specialized social service, which offers children family substitute care in the family. The major reasons of people to become a professional parent assistant are: the economic one is dominant, especially for rural service employees but also the affective motives, altruistic reasons,
psychosocial reasons etc. However, the author observes the distance from the community, because of the immoral behavior of some children.
