The article presents the theoretical perspectives in approaching the bullying as social phenomenon. The impact of the phenomenon needs to be analyzed from different perspectives, like: psychological, social, behavioral, cognitive, etc.
In a situation of bullying all children are victims – and the one who suffers the direct consequence of aggression, and the one who is the author of violent behavior; and the one who helplessly assists and learns that school or the street are battlefields in which Victims of bullying can resort to depression, psychological disorders, addictive behavior, school absenteeism, school dropout and even suicide.
