The article is a theoretical study of the development of competence for a healthy lifestyle, approached from the perspective of attitude and behavior received from family of origin and its connection with the subsequent lifestyle of the individual. However, the multitude of changes requires adaptation as soon as possible to social conditions, and this must be done achieved from an early age and also in a way that is as environmentally friendly and beneficial to health.
