    DIVORŢUL: CONSECINŢE ASUPRA CUPLULUI ŞI COPILULUI

    The article examines the causes and the consequences of divorce on the couple and the child in the Republic of Moldova and the city of Nisporeni. According to the results of sociological reserch, conducted în Nisporeni, the main causes of divorce are physical and mental violence, alcohol consumption, infidelity of parteners, lack of eguality in relaţionships, inability to resolve family conflicts, and early marriage of partners. The author also proposes some recommendations to reduce the phenomenon of divorce.
