Since 2017, this kind of events take place at the faculty with a certain frequency. In this way, is highlighted the experience of the invited people, with the goal of knowledge transfer. These events have a diversified format: professionalization lessons, discussion workshops, book launches, trainings, collective interviews, etc. The objectives of the paper aim to highlight some good practices (which tend towards a win-win finality), the ways of developing the professionalization lessons by involving the representatives of the scientific diaspora, those active in the media abroad. In the last 5 years, several events were held at the faculty with the involvement of guests from abroad, but the number of Moldovan citizens living abroad who visited the faculty was much higher. In addition to expertise and know-how, such events can lead to the development of a communication platform between students - future journalists and Moldovan citizens settled abroad, by having direct and facilitated access to sources of information about the realities of their countries of migration. The collaborations between the national mass media and Moldovan citizens who have emigrated, including many journalists and their children, between the media institutions where they work abroad and Moldovan journalists - this honest, fair and continuous dialogue could lead to the creation of a common space for integration / reintegration , beneficial to both parties.
