    EVOLUȚIA BIBLIOGRAFIEI ECONOMICE ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA: CONTRIBUȚII ȘI PERSPECTIVE

    The paper aims to explore the evolution of economic bibliography in the Republic of Moldova, emphasizing the contributions and perspectives of this field. The research methods used include bibliographic analysis and documentary research, accomplished by detailed study of existing bibliographies, journal articles, and other relevant sources. By examining the existing bibliographies, trends and changes in economic themes over time were identified. The main results obtained show that the economic bibliography from Moldova has evolved significantly, reflecting the diversification and growth of the economic field. Sustained efforts by academic institutions and scientific libraries have led to the development and updating of economic bibliographies, which have become indispensable tools for research and education.

    PERCEPTION OF OPEN SCIENCE IN THE SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

    Open Science becomes the basic concept in organizing and conducting the research and development process. The opening of the process of research and communication of science is supported and promoted both at the international level and at the national level in many countries through science policies and actions. At present, no Open Science policy is approved at the national level in the Republic of Moldova, but there are actions, undertaken by various organizations or within some projects, that promote this concept. And recently, the national authority in the field of science policy has been concerned about the promotion of Open Science principles in the country. Policy development and implementation of Open Science principles is difficult without involving all stakeholders and without knowledge of the current situation, both in terms of technical and legislative issues, and especially in terms of awareness of the need and willingness of people to contribute to this process. In this context, we set out to carry out this study, taking into account the insufficient level of debates and analyzes on Open Science subject carried out in the Republic of Moldova. Its purpose is to determine the attitude, the level of awareness and involvement in issues related to Open Science and its elements in the Republic of Moldova, which will serve to develop Open Science policies and instruments at national and institutional levels.

    Conţinutul comportamentului consumatorului de servicii infodocumentare în biblioteca universitară

    Studierea aspectelor teoretice, metodologice și practice ale marketingului bibliotecii universitare permite dezvoltarea unei strategii de valorificare a patrimoniului documentar și de perfecționare a serviciilor informaționale. Cercetarea consumului infodocumentar include cercetarea comportamentului consumatorului. Scopul studiului realizat la nivel național a vizat cuantificarea măsurii prin care bibliotecile universitare din Republica Moldova folosesc tehnici și modalități specifice de a servi utilizatorii și identificarea tendințelor de consum de informații.

    În articol sunt reflectate rezultatele studiului realizat în cadrul Proiectului Building Strong Library Association (Consolidarea unei asociaţii puternice pentru biblioteci), implementat de către Asociaţia Bibliotecarilor din Republica Moldova (ABRM) în parteneriat cu Federaţia Internaţională a Asociaţiilor de Biblioteci (IFLA) şi cu suportul Programului Novateca în Republica Moldova. Cercetările au fost axate pe studierea eficienţei activităţii ABRM din perspectiva atitudinii, viziunilor membrilor actuali şi potenţiali ai asociaţiei profesionale în scopul consolidării şi dezvoltării capacităţii instituţionale aplicate de asociaţia profesională pentru bibliotecari.

    TIPOLOGIA ŞI SORTIMENTUL SERVICIILOR PRESTATE ÎN BIBLIOTECA UNIVERSITARĂ

    Articolul este consacrat tipologiei serviciilor de bibliotecă, în el fiind analizate diferite clasific ări ale acestora. Autorul şi propune o clasificare, la fundamentele căreia pune cele mai importante particularităţi ale serviciilor destinate utilizatorilor. Sunt formulate sarcini rimordiale pentru implementarea serviciilor contra plată: adoptarea nomenclatorului serviciilor pentru diferite tipuri de biblioteci; determinarea necesităţilor utilizatorilor şi ale posibilităţilor ibliotecii de a presta servicii contra plată; elaborarea metodologiei de calculare a tarifelor; organizareainstruirii economice a bibliotecarilor.

    ASOCIAŢIA BIBLIOTECARILOR CA FACTOR DE DEZVOLTARE A COMUNITĂŢII PROFESIONALE

    Lucrarea reprezintă rezultatele cercetării de natură calitativă care a fost realizată în cadrul proiectului Building Strong Library Association (Consolidarea unei asociaţii puternice pentru biblioteci), implementat de către Asociaţia Bibliotecarilor din Republica Moldova (ABRM) în parteneriat cu Federaţia Internaională a Asociaţiilor Bibliotecarilor (IFLA) şi cu suportul Programului Novateca. Scopul studiului a fost de a evalua implicarea membrilor asociaţiei în acţiunile şi instructurile ABRM. Cercetarea a presupus desfăşurarea mai multor focus-grupuri, la care au participat bibliotecari din 17 raioane ale Republicii Moldova.
