    Criza economică actuală din Republica Moldova: caracteristici și tendințe

    Criza economică reprezintă o disfuncție profundă în activitatea mecanismelor unei economii, care se poate manifesta la nivel național, regional și mondial. Scopul acestui articol este de a prezenta caracteristicile de bază ale crizei economice actuale din Republica Moldova. Cercetarea aferentă acestui articol a fost efectuată prin examinarea informațiilor din rapoartele instituțiilor abilitate și din bazele de date oficiale, în scopul testării stării economiei Republicii Moldova, precum și a opiniilor unor experți cu privire la subiectul abordat. Ca rezultat, s-a constatat că, în prezent, economia Republicii Moldova este afectată de o criză economică severă. Măsurile anticriză întreprinse de actuala guvernare a Republicii Moldova au rezultate pozitive. Acest articol prezintă o imagine sintetizată, completată și specificată a actualei crize post-pandemice.

    PARTICULARITĂȚILE CONTABILITĂȚII ÎN PROCESUL DE REALIZARE A PARTENERIATULUI PUBLIC-PRIVAT

    This article highlights certain specific features of accounting in the process of implementing public- private partnerships, particularly emphasizing the optimization of the effectiveness of the public-private partnership system. The deterioration of the economic situation and the deficit of budget funds are taken into account, when the creation of economic conditions for increasing the attractiveness of investments at the national level should be handled by public-private partnerships. That process must be substantiated taking into account compliance with international financial reporting standards, with particular emphasis on the economic facts arising from the public-private partnership, including in the stages of initiation, implementation and completion of operations, because the key to an effective management of modern business structures is operational management, based on management accounting information.

    Currently, the financial instability, the interconnected energy and economic crises and the migration generated by the war, faced by many countries, as well as the Republic of Moldova, have become the most important topics of economic research, public debates, economic and financial policies. Therefore, from an economic and financial perspective, instability can be regarded as a reality. It can affect the activities of various economic entities and can lead to the alienation of certain economic units from Republic of Moldova. This is why we consider it necessary to develop and implement effective methods of management to supervise the situation. Besides implementing the necessary measures, the authorities also need to develop effective management techniques to ensure the continuous growth of the entities. This can help them meet the needs of their members and the public.
