    Analiza practică a implementării auditului de marketing în cadrul întreprinderilor

    In modern conditions, a marketing audit should become an integral component of any enterprise's marketing activities. Its implementation should not be reduced to a one-time event. The purpose of the research is to analyze the practical implementation of marketing audit within enterprises. The general objective of the research is to research and present from a practical point of view the marketing audit as a tool for evaluating the effectiveness of an enterprise's performance. The research objectives include the following: evaluation of the implementation of marketing audit in enterprises in the Republic of Moldova; presentation of entities that practice marketing audit activity in the Republic of Moldova, evaluation of the performance of the Lactalis Alba enterprise through the control instruments identified within the marketing audit, research and presentation of the effects of implementing marketing audit on sales. Quantitative and qualitative, inductive and deductive methods, as well as analysis and synthesis methods, were used to carry out the research activity. The research results will be materialized in a theoretical-practical work, the value of which will consist in the fact that, as a result of the study, several aspects regarding the marketing audit activity and marketing activity were researched and presented. Marketing activities will be proposed with the allocation of direct and indirect effects to achieve performance indicators.

The findings illustrate that the shift towards automated, real-time financial analysis is not merely a trend but a necessity for organizations aiming to thrive in a competitive environment.

    The business environment is becoming more and more competitive, the transformations and possibilities of modern technologies increasingly lead to the realization of a business in a constrained, economic, social, ecological paradigm, which exploits less resources (human, natural and energetic). All these objectives can be offset by a rational, thoughtful, economical, responsible and technological business approach. In this way, contemporary business exposes itself to a continuous revision of the way of doing things through reengineering of organizational infrastructure and processes where gaps, discrepancies, inefficiencies and organizational losses are hidden. Through a correct and rational modeling of contemporary organizations, one can extract unexpected dividends and exponential gains from existing businesses, gain competitive position in the market and at the same time comply with social and ecological standards, rules and requirements.

    STRATEGIA COMPANIILOR DE PUBLICITATE EXTERIOARĂ ȘI CONTRIBUȚIA LA DEZVOLTAREA RAMURII

    Fie că doriți să vă creșteți gradul de conștientizare a mărcii sau să vă îmbunătățiți profitul, articolul prezintă modalitatea cum strategiile de publicitate ar putea avea un impact asupra afacerilor și asupra dezvoltării ramurei. Procesul managementului strategic în ramura publicității are ca scop alinierea resurselor interne ale agenției de publicitate la schimbările de mediu în vederea dezvoltării avantajelor competitive. Magnitudinea acestei provocări este mare, deoarece arena acestui sector s-a schimbat în mod semnificativ. O strategie de publicitate ajută la definirea rolului fiecărui membru al echipei în atingerea obiectivelor - fie că este vorba de conectarea cu un public țintă, atragerea clienților sau atingerea noilor cote de vânzări. Cea mai mare parte a muncii va cădea în sarcina departamentului de marketing al companiei, dar toată lumea, de la echipa de produs până la personalul de suport, poate ajuta compania să-și atingă obiectivele și să-și sporească profitul.

    DEZVOLTAREA DURABILĂ A DESTINAȚIILOR TURISTICE

    This article aims to focus on the lesser known issues related to the impact of tourism on destinations. The author will analyze this impact from the perspective of sustainable development, a concept that found its place much later than it should have in the universe of research in tourism studies. This article is logically structured in three directions of research, as follows: the first part will analyze the main effects of tourism on destinations from the perspective of sustainable development; the second part will focus on a similar analysis, but focused on the human dimension; the third part will focus on the recent "dispute" in the literature between the importance of building new tourism development strategies from the perspective of sustainable development, suggesting an appropriate solution to integrate the two visions into a common approach.

    În acest articol sunt reliefate politicile educaționale care au fost implementate în sistemul de învăţământ din Republica Moldova, îndeosebi în învățământul superior. Învăţământul superior a suferit multiple transformări, începând cu perioada proclamării independeței și continuând până în prezent. Toate modificările operate au avut la bază racordarea sistemului de învăţământ superior la rigorile europene, altfel spus - europenizarea acestuia. Adaptarea învăţământului superior la condiţiile cerute de UE va oferi compatibilitatea şi competitivitatea necesară pe piaţa universitară europeană, fapt ce va determina creşterea mobilităţilor academice ale actorilor implicaţi.
