Item Managementul securității economice - o abordare integrată pentru reziliența entităților din sectorul turismului(CEP USM, 2024) Bulat, VeronicaStudiul analizează managementul securității economice în întreprinderi, punând accent pe gestionarea crizelor într-un mediu economic imprevizibil. Asigurarea rezilienței împotriva amenințărilor interne și externe este esențială pentru continuitatea afacerilor. Lucrarea subliniază importanța măsurilor proactive și a managementului anti-criză pentru menținerea stabilității economice pe termen lung. Se realizează o analiză comparativă a eficienței diverselor modele organizaționale în securitatea economică, precum și a capacității acestora de a se adapta la amenințări variate. Studiul examinează, de asemenea, impactul tehnologiei și al factorului uman în sistemele de securitate economică. Integrează modele economice Input-Output (IO) și Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) pentru a evalua efectele crizelor economice și ale turismului asupra sectoarelor interconectate. Diplomatic channels, negotiation, cooperation and exchange of experience have always been and remain the most viable ways for a state to achieve its foreign policy objectives in relation to its domestic needs, especially for the Republic of Moldova with limited energy resources and infastructure still in the present.Item SĂNĂTATEA ȘI IGIENA- FACTORI ÎN SPORIREA COMPETITIVITĂȚII SECTORULUI TURISTIC(CEP USM, 2023) Dombrovschi, InaTurismul și călătoriile sunt stimuli importanți pentru dezvoltarea economică, precum și pentru competitivitatea turistică a țărilor. În ciuda contribuției sale la creșterea economică, dezvoltarea sectorului turistic poate fi împiedicată de o serie de obstacole de natură diferită, care pot afecta competitivitatea acestui sector. Printre acestea am putea specifica, sănătatea și igiena în turism, care reprezintă o asigurare a condițiilor pentru menținerea sănătății publice și pentru ca turiștii să se simtă mai în siguranță, iar destinațiile turistice să devină mai competitive. În acest context, scopul acestui studiu este de a analiza importanța și relația dintre sănătate și igienă și competitivitatea destinațiilor. Astfel, s-a pus accentul pe aspectele care contribuie la creșterea competitivității turismului și pe sănătatea și siguranța călătorilor. Prin intermediul indicelui de competitivitate turistică, au fost evidențiate criteriile care dețin o poziție dominantă în asigurarea condițiilor favorabile pentru turiști. Rezultatele arată că sănătatea și igiena sunt piloni importanți care măsoară competitivitatea destinației. Analiza indică o corelație pozitivă între pilonul sănătate și igienă și competitivitatea generală.Item ROLUL TRANSPORTURILOR ÎN ORGANIZAREA ACTIVITĂȚII OSPITALITĂȚII(CEP USM, 2023) Nazar, Nadejda; Dombrovschi, InaThe topicality of the elaborated theme consists in the fact that transport represents an essential component of the economy of any state. Transport represents the engine of tourism development around the world, which ensures the normal functioning of the economy. In the specialized literature, it is specified that the tourism industry includes various activities that have an essential function for satisfying the needs of foreign and local tourists. Thus, the tourism industry represents the offer of the tourist market, which consists of organizations dedicated to the production and provision of tourist services in a certain country. The role of transport services in tourism is manifested through the organization of various cultural and tourist activities. Studying the tourist infrastructure in the Republic of Moldova, we can see that the geographical situation allows the access of foreign tourists. Most types of transport, namely air transport and land transport - road and rail; with the exception of naval transport, they are used to transport domestic tourists and foreign tourists who come to visit us in the country. The analysis of the reason for travel is quite specific to each individual person. Both foreign tourists who visit our country, as well as citizens of the republic who go abroad, on the first plan highlight the reason for vacation and rest. For foreign tourists visiting the Republic of Moldova, this component is about 85-95%, and for domestic tourists going abroad the reason for vacation and rest is about 98% respectively. Activities in the tourism industry include occupations in various sectors such as accommodation, provisioning, recreation, transportation, souvenir trading, tour operators, and travel agencies. Building an international tourism dialogue is essential to the continued growth and success of the industry. By promoting agreement and cooperation between countries, addressing common issues and concerns, engaging a wide range of stakeholders, countries have the opportunity to work together to improve the tourism experience for both visitors and host communities. This article delves into the role of tourist guides in the development of sustainable tourism and examines the benefits of utilizing local guides in promoting local cultures and traditions, as well as the impact this has on the local economies of tourist destinations. The significance of tourist guides in promoting sustainable tourism is due to the fact that sustainable tourism itself is not always appealing to the average tourist. Professional guides can impart not just interesting information, but also present it in a memorable and engaging manner, inciting desired actions. That is why their role in this process is undeniable. This article discusses practical ways in which tourist guides can implement this in the most effective way. Because when the metamorphosis of customer behavior is indisputably neglected: moral, spiritual values, as well as their ability to reflect and reason logically and selfishly, constantly driven by the exhortations "do what you have to do for your children and grandchildren", "consume what you have to consume", the familiar marketing treatment (including, directly), encompassing various lexemes/concepts, including those of sustainability, is becoming obsolete.
