Ea poate contribui la dezvoltarea și creșterea economică a ambelor state implicate. Cu toate că dreptul la suveranitate al statelor este recunoscut și fiecare stat își stabilește propriile politici migratorii, este crucial să ne concentrăm asupra necesității adoptării unor politici naționale coezive și cuprinzătoare pentru o gestionare eficientă a migrației de muncă și pentru protejarea lucrătorilor emigranți. Este esențial să se acorde o atenție deosebită eliminării dezavantajelor și discriminărilor întâmpinate de lucrătorii emigranți. Mai mult decât atât, problemele legate de mișcarea lucrătorilor emigranți dincolo de hotarele statului de origine nu pot fi abordate eficient atunci când statele acționează izolat. Prin urmare, cooperarea internațională în gestionarea migrației poate fi extrem de valoroasă în protejarea intereselor naționale.Item PRACTICA ȚĂRILOR EUROPENE ÎN GESTIONAREA CRIZELOR DIN DOMENIUL SĂNĂTĂȚII(Print-Caro, 2024) Tofan, Tatiana; Catanoi, NataliaCrizele, fie ele de natură sanitară, economică sau socială, au un impact semnificativ asupra sistemelor de sănătate din întreaga lume. Practica țărilor europene în gestionarea crizelor din domeniul sănătății poate varia considerabil în funcție de sistemul lor de sănătate, resursele disponibile, nivelul de dezvoltare economică și culturală, precum și de gradul de coordonare între autoritățile centrale și cele locale. Deoarece crizele de sănătate pot avea consecințe pe termen lung asupra sistemelor de sănătate și a societății în ansamblu, este important de identificat și corectat problemele în stadii incipiente a domeniilor vulnerabile în cadrul sistemului de sănătate, aceasta este un pas crucial în direcția îmbunătățirii asistenței medicale și a asigurării unui sistem de sănătate mai rezistent și mai eficient în fața schimbărilor și provocărilor. Sustainable development and the promotion of innovation represent development priorities both globally and for the Republic of Moldova. The main objective of public procurement is for the procurement to bring considerable benefit to society in view of long-term sustainable develop-ment, not only on the basis of the lowest price. Although laudable, current developments cannot fully address the main social, economic and environmental challenges. The Republic of Moldova demonstrates a clear commitment to support sustainable and innovative public procurement, both politically and in those reflected in different support mechanisms. At the same time, the na-tional innovation system remains in its infancy. The research theme focuses on improving the management of public finances through the development of the sustainable public procurement system.Item ANALIZA ACTIVITĂȚII DE INOVARE A ÎNTREPRINDERILOR DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA(CEP USM, 2022) Diaconu, TatianaAcest articol își propune ca scop analiza și evaluarea activității de inovare a întreprinderilor din Republica Moldova. În acest context, au fost utilizate datele Biroului Național de Statistică privind activitatea de inovare care au servit ca bază fundamentală pentru a aprecia eficiența activității întreprinderilor inovatoare. Analiza efectuată a evidențiat nivelul de inovare al entităților economice și implicit al întreprinderilor mici și mijlocii. De asemenea, cercetarea propiu zisă a scos în evidență o serie de probleme cu care se confruntă întreprinderile inovatoare, dar și unele puncte de reper pentru diferiți decidenți la diferite nivele de decizie, în scopul soluționării acestor probleme. Procesul managementului strategic în ramura publicității are ca scop alinierea resurselor interne ale agenției de publicitate la schimbările de mediu în vederea dezvoltării avantajelor competitive. Magnitudinea acestei provocări este mare, deoarece arena acestui sector s-a schimbat în mod semnificativ. O strategie de publicitate ajută la definirea rolului fiecărui membru al echipei în atingerea obiectivelor - fie că este vorba de conectarea cu un public țintă, atragerea clienților sau atingerea noilor cote de vânzări. Cea mai mare parte a muncii va cădea în sarcina departamentului de marketing al companiei, dar toată lumea, de la echipa de produs până la personalul de suport, poate ajuta compania să-și atingă obiectivele și să-și sporească profitul.Item ÎNVĂȚĂMÂNTUL SUPERIOR DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA: PROVOCĂRI ȘI PERSPECTIVE(CEP USM, 2022-04-15) Diaconu, TatianaOne of the key challenges facing the higher education system in the Republic of Moldova today is the relatively low number of students in universities. Statistics show that the number of students has decreased considerably over the last 15 years by about 53,19% overall, and for those enrolled by about 37,74%, also causing a shortage of students in the most vulnerable specialties, such as chemistry and mathematics, which subsequently had serious consequences on the labour market. Therefore, the shortage of students was and is caused by the phenomenon of students emigrating to other foreign countries. The main factors behind the decision of students to emigrate from the Republic of Moldova are: low salaries and lack of jobs, poor quality of life or the futility of establishing a desired career, etc.Item CONTROLUL CORPORATIV ÎN SPRIJINUL MANAGEMENTULUI FINANCIAR MODERN DIN DOMENIUL HORECA(CEP USM, 2022-09-27) Caprian, Iulia; Truşkina, Natalia; Balan, TatianaEffective management of company finances is a dominant challenge for business managers. Travel company financial management aims to provide the company with the necessary financial means on a permanent and regular basis as well as to exercise control over the efficiency of the activities carried out with these funds. An important trend in the development of financial management at international level is its alignment with the system of corporate governance, which in turn entails the implementation of an internal and external control system within the economic entity. Today, control is a way of analyzing the company's activities and implementing a new type of internal management that enables managers to effectively coordinate the company's activities. Internal control is also seen as a managerial function, whereby company managers note the resulting deviations from the set objectives, analyze the causes and take remedial or preventive action. This trend has been reflected in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and in the financial practices of domestic companies.Item ENTERPRISE LIFE CYCLE: THE IMPORTANCE AND ROLE IN DEVELOPING A SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS MODEL(CEP USM, 2022) Mironov, SvetlanaEnterprises, regardless of their size and type of activity, go through several stages during their life, which successively form their life cycle. Businesses move through life cycle stages differently. The transition from one stage to another is perceived as a qualitative leap in business development, accompanied by economic, organizational, structural, managerial transformations. Knowing the specifics of the development of enterprises and the problems they face at each stage of its development allows to a nnihilate or reduce their negative impact. Determining which stage of the life cycle the enterprise is in is important for choosing a sustainable business model. Enterprises operate in a changing business environment. In this case, it is important to under stand and evaluate the influence of external factors in business development, which demand a certain behavior of entrepreneurs, based on stress states and the confrontation with permanent imbalances and changes, not always predictable, of the environment in which they operate.
