    During the last years of activity, the customs authorities have registered a continuous and stable development, perfecting their forms of activity, mastering modern technologies, applied internationally. In the state border crossing points, new offices of customs offices with a contemporary infrastructure were built, optimal conditions were created, which allow the organization of the work of customs employees at a higher quality level. The major result of this period consists in the fact that in the Republic of Moldova the customs activity has obtained permanent social status, it has managed to form a team of customs specialists, able to fulfill at the level of requirements the whole range of tasks of customs

    REGLEMENTĂRI DE STAT ALE ACTIVITĂȚII COMERCIALE EXTERNE A REPUBLICII MOLDOVA

    În acest articol sunt analizate reglementările de stat ale Republicii Moldova ce vizează comerțul exterior. De asemenea, sunt analizate organizațiile internaționale din care face parte Republica Moldova și care sunt un stimulator pentru comerțul exterior al țării. Sprijinul guvernamental pentru promovarea comerțului exterior a devenit în ultimele decenii o caracteristică dominantă a relaţiilor economice internaţionale. Creditarea oficială a exportului joacă un rol extrem de important în finanţarea proiectelor pe care ţara noastră le iniţiază în străinătate şi, totodată, în promovarea şi susţinerea produselor autohtone pe noi pieţe de desfacere. Intervenţia statului în sprijinirea exporturilor şi importurilor se efectuează prin intermediul unor structuri instituţionale diverse, care pot fi grupate în funcţie de modul de organizare a acestora, de statutul funcţional şi de tipul serviciilor pe care le oferă. În acest scop, reglementările de stat au o importanță majoră pentru dezvoltarea și promovarea comerțului exterior al Republicii Moldova.
