In this article is presented the analysis of the profitability in the banking system of the
Republic of Moldova, but also, in particular, of “Moldova Agroindbank”. Actuality of the
topic: the profit is the primary goal of any financial institution. The purpose of this paper
is to analyze, to evaluate the banking system of the Republic of Moldova and to identify the
role of banking management for profit.
