The role of the energy dimension in tourism safety and security
    (CEP USM, 2024) Antoci, Natalia
Security, having a multilateral character – as a state of the social system, a complex process, a function of the state, etc. – reflects the level of satisfaction of the fundamental national interests of a country, as well as the actions taken, on a single ideological basis, to promote those interests and defend them against aggression, dangers, threats and risks of any kind. The tourism sector is an important economic sector globally and locally and offers real prospects for sustainable and inclusive economic growth. Safety is one of the most important criteria in supporting the tourism industry. Diplomatic channels, negotiation, cooperation and exchange of experience have always been and remain the most viable ways for a state to achieve its foreign policy objectives in relation to its domestic needs, especially for the Republic of Moldova with limited energy resources and infastructure still in the present.

That determines the development of infrastructure potential in the form of construction and modernization of a complex of socio-economically significant objects. In the developed countries, being a reality promoted recently, the public-private partnership encompasses intellectual, institutional and organizational resources, and acquires an increasingly important role in integrating the managerial structure in central and local public administrations. The analysis of the configuration of the management of international publicprivate partnership projects, in the conditions of financial and economic instability, highlights the issue of attracting the private sector to participate in the management and financing of socially significant strategic infrastructure projects. TIPOLOGIA ȘI EFECTELE SANCȚIUNILOR ECONOMICE ASUPRA COMERȚULUI EXTERIOR
    (2021) Ţâu, Nicolae; Antoci, Natalia
Economic sanctions are defined in the dictionary of economics, in general, as ,,prohibitive economic measures applied by the international community on the export and/ or import of material goods, services, resources, etc. to or from a particular country”. The types of sanctions range from personal restrictions to almost total bans on international trade with one or more countries, which can be extended even to restrictions on legal rights such as trademark protection and other intellectual property. Sometimes sanctions can be included as part of protectionist measures representing behaviors designed to increase wealth without creating wealth, the most famous cases being attempts to force a country's authorities into desirable political action. Usually, these attempts target political and economic leaders, businesses and assets that are considered vulnerable to external pressures. Although some doubt the effectiveness of sanctions, the prevailing opinion is slightly in their favor.

PROMOVAREA MEȘTEȘUGURILОR ARTISTIСE PОPULARE DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA ÎN DIASPORA EUROPEANĂ
(CEP USM, 2023) Antoci, Natalia; Chirinciuc, Lea
The problem of the folk artistic crafts of the Republic of Moldova in the context of the development of tourism is a sufficiently complex team due to the fact that, in its essay, it assumes the achievement of a balance between the seriousness of preserving the economic, ecological and socio-cultural rural space of the Republic of Moldova va, on de о on the one hand, and the theory of rural life moderation, on the other. At the same time, the development of tourism in the context of folk crafts is at the expense of the expansion theory of the city, the aggressive development of the industry at the expense of the rural area and the seriousness of reducing, as far as possible, the rural to its current dimensions.

ASSESSMENT OF THE TOURIST POTENTIAL OF THE CULTURAL- NATURAL RESERVE "ORHEIUL VECHI"
(CEP USM, 2022-09-27) Antoci, Natalia; d'Ovidio, Francesco
In the last decade, virtually no other branch of the cultural field, not even the tourism sector, has developed and specialized as much or as fast as cultural tourism. It is one of the few growth areas to reflect an important 'megatrend': culture-oriented travel is mainly focused on visiting cultural sites and ethno-cultural events, so that visitors become acquainted with the culture of their own country and also with the cultures of foreign countries. The motivations that lead a person to plan and undertake a trip or holiday are a complex function, with variables ranging from the natural characteristics of the destination to infrastructure and facilities, from historical and cultural value to financial considerations.
