The permanent evolution of the world determine that states can not be isolated from each other, as a result, their relationship became indispensable and states can not survive with no interaction between them. In general, the communication between states was supposed to strict rigors, which would make interstate relations more efficient and become a viable motor in the promotion of own interests, in accordance with its activity on international
arena, especially, analyzing the case of Republic of Moldova.
