    INTEGRAREA GENERAȚIEI SECUNDE A CETĂȚENILOR MOLDOVENI ÎN ȚARILE GAZDĂ

    Republic of Moldova represents one of the main source of migrants from Eastern Europe with a quarter of its population currently working abroad. This phenomen has been going on for more than 25 years now and it is still escalating. Therefore in my study I approached the issue of the secondary generations of migrants who are found in different circumstances than their predecessors as they are more familiarized with the international cults than with the national ones. This fact leads them to identify more with the local people and not keep any kind of ties with their country of origin. This tendency according to the demographic situation causes a massive aging of the population which leads eventually to a lack of force and it will paralyze our economy if there will not be found and applied innovative ways to prevent the emmigration.

    Diplomația economică reprezintă o funcție a politicii externe, cu obiective de promovare a bunăstării economice a cetățenilor unei țări. Scopul său este de a folosi instrumentele politicii externe pentru a susține interesele economice nu numai ale antreprenorilor săi într-o țară străină, ci și a statului în general. Diplomația economică este cadrul eficace de cooperare instituțională în vederea luării măsurilor de promovare a obiectivelor economice ale unei țări dincolo de frontierele sale. În acest articol intenționăm să examinăm conceptul de diplomație economică în contextul dezvoltării Republicii Moldova ca stat independent, să analizăm principalele prevederi economice stipulate în actele normative naționale, dar și să determinăm activitatea principalelor instituții centrale abilitate să implementeze diplomația economică în străinătate.
