Item CU PRIVIRE LA DIMENSIUNILE REZILIENȚEI NAȚIONALE – O ANALIZĂ SISTEMICĂ(CEP USM, 2024) Putină, NataliaThe national resilience of a state represents its ability to resist and adapt in the face of various challenges and threats, be they of an economic, political, social, or security nature. Diagnosing and assessing national resilience is essential to understand a state’s strengths and vulnerabilities, as well as to develop effective strategies to strengthen them. The diagnosis of national resilience involves a detailed analysis of the various components that contribute to a state’s ability to cope with crises. These components include the stability and effectiveness of government institutions, economic resilience, the degree of social cohesion and the involvement of civil society in decision-making processes, defense capacity, and internal security are essential to protect territorial integrity and citizens. The article will focus on the main indicators of the Republic of Moldova’s national resilience, stressing the lack and vulnerabilities of the national security elements in the context of regional realities.
