    IDENTITATEA NAȚIONALĂ ȚINTĂ A RĂZBOIULUI HIBRID DUS DE FEDERAȚIA RUSĂ ÎN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

    The paper briefly analyses some aspects of the hybrid war waged by the Russian Federation in the Republic of Moldova, which have an influence on the population's sense of identity. The aim of the communication is to show the messages in the pro-Russian media and not only, messages which aim at dividing citizens according to different identity criteria. The theses of historians are also reviewed, which bear the imprint of political confrontations. An important aspect of identity is the Romanian language, which has failed to become the bond of identity of the citizens, due to political factors that have been linked to the Russian area of influence. In the conclusions, data and facts are provided which and facts that demonstrate that national identity has become a divisive factor and a goal of hybrid warfare.

    ASPECTE TEORETICE PRIVIND SITUAȚIILE DE CRIZĂ

    In recent decades, several crisis situations have been registered in the world that directly impact the entire society. The content of this article is oriented toward the identification of crises, some of the theoretical aspects regarding crises, and the need to modernize society in preventing or successfully overcoming these situations are addressed. The appearance of the crises requires multisectoral actions and the implementation of a set of indicative actions, this being modified, completed, and updated depending on the evolutions of the crises recorded in the intervention areas, the realization of the assumed commitments, and the identification of new policy interventions, able to contribute to overcoming the crises.

    Evenimentele din secolul 21, inclusiv și emergența crizei COVID-19 a afectat în mod semnificativ relațiile internaționale, în special cele sino-americane. În ultimii ani, s-au acumulat mai multe dezacorduri între SUA și China. Actuala agravare a relațiilor dintre Washington și Beijing a devenit una dintre cele mai grave din istoria recentă. Unii experți au etichetat deja relația în continuă deteriorare dintre SUA și China drept un nou Război Rece. Prezentul articol are drept obiecti reliefarea principalelor aspecte ale confruntării sino-americane.

    The presence of a high degree of instability and unpredictability conditioned by the emergence of asymmetric risks and threats, redefining the relations between the great powers and increasing the freedom of action of regional, state or non- state actors. The present events on the international arena caused changes in the security environment in: instability, diversification, modernization, uncertainty, special mobility, the high rate of change as well as current trends of influence of the geopolitical actors-power centers on the security’s architecture at global and regional level. Thus, this article subjects the analysis the correlation between the international security phenomenon and the crisis.
