The article is devoted to studying the institution of civil servants’ liability and its
forms. Starting from the literature and legislation in the field, it is argued the forms of
legal liability to which civil servants are attracted. Mainly, the emphasis is placed on the
delimitation of the forms of legal liability and their significance for ensuring legality at the
level of the public administration system.
