The article adresses a suffieciently important subject for the development of the administrative system of the Republic of Moldova, namely the functional aspects of territorial state administration, organised by the rules of the administrative deconcentration. The research is based on the prominence of the national quiddity in implementation of the principle of deconcentration by reference to its universal appearance. The functions of administrative deconcentration are investigated.
